Delivery information
We want you to receive your puzzles in perfect condition, every time, and as quick as possible. We therefore work hard to get our puzzles produced and shipped as soon as possible. Our delivery partners have been chosen as they offer both tracked and fast delivery worldwide.
Dispatch estimates
We work on a ‘made to order’ principle. Once you order and pay your wooden jigsaw puzzle, we will start production.
Our current production time is 2-4 business days.
We do keep a low stock for popular puzzles to ensure a fast dispatch they usually ship the same day if you order before 3pm GMT.
All Personalised puzzles take up to 10 business days to dispatch.
Please note that we do not part-ship orders, so if you order in-stock puzzles with out of stock/personalised puzzles the whole order will be shipped within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We do use some carriers that ship to PO Boxes, please contact us first before ordering when shipping to a PO Box.

Free Shipping / Standard Delivery
All standard deliveries are tracked. Free Shipping / Standard delivery is available on all puzzles. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Europe – Delivered via DPD, PostNL or DHL – delivery estimate – 2-7 business days
UK – Delivered via UPS – delivery estimate – 2-3 business days
USA – Delivered via UPS or PostNL – delivery estimate – 4-6 business days
Rest of the World – Delivered via PostNL – delivery estimate – 4-9 business days
Please note that these delivery timescales are the delivery estimates given by our carriers. Those are stated without customs interference.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is available for all Wooden Puzzles at $34,95. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. All Personalised Puzzles and items on a 10-day shipping estimate are available for Express Delivery.
EU – delivered via UPS Express or DHL – delivery estimate – 1-2 business days.
UK – delivered via UPS Express – delivery estimate – 1 business day.
USA – Delivered via UPS Express – delivery estimate – 2-3 business days.
